HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Most clients notice changes in just a couple of weeks, but everybody progresses at different rates. Usually you'll notice big changes around 6-10 weeks then Turning heads after 12!

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
Though I completely respect peoples reasons for vegan nutrition, It's not suitable for this type of intense program, which consists of low carb diet plans.
DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?
No, I can adapt your training plan to meet your needs. It can be gym based, home based OR a mix of both. However, I do recommend having some equipment (dumbbells, kettle bells, weights bench) available at home - but not essential.
HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?
Workouts are a maximum of 45 minutes to optimise results, minimise stress and fit into your routine. However, we will adapt your programme to deliver the most effective workout to suit your routine.
